School Improvement Council
The Alcorn Middle School Improvement Council (SIC) is a collaborative group of parents, teachers, staff, and community members dedicated to supporting student success and continuous school improvement. The council works together to review school goals, provide feedback, and help strengthen communication between the school and families. Through shared input and teamwork, the SIC helps ensure Alcorn Middle School remains a positive, effective learning environment for all students.
Walkers, Car Riders, Bus Rider Procedures

Students who walk to school should NOT walk to the front of the school.

Walkers should walk around to the side of the school to enter the building.

Drop-off and Pickup location for all car riders is the side of the school

Staff members will be positioned at the side of the school for supervision in the mornings and afternoons
Times for drop-off and pickup are as follows:
Car Riders

Morning Drop-Off (Back Parking Lot): 8:00 a.m. – 8:20 a.m.

Afternoon Pick-Up (Back Parking Lot): 3:40 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

No Early Dismissal after 3:00 pm
